If you've been to other big chain gyms, then you've probably noticed that one of the biggest problems is their lack of guidance, support, and motivation — for the most part you're on your own. IRON VALLEY offers a better way.

IRON VALLEY is more than the coaches that guide each class. We are a community of like-minded people who strive every day to be better. We are a community that supports, encourages, and inspires one another. We understand that in order to be our best selves, we have to feel our best.

Our coaches take you through the daily workouts, ensuring you are moving properly, using safe and effective weights, and pushing yourself within safe limits. HOW TO GET STARTED
#1 - Schedule a Free Session
Whether you are new to high intensity cross training, new to exercising, or a seasoned athlete we encourage you to schedule a free intro session. Come get to know us, how our classes operate, and see what this community is all about. During your free intro session we will take the time to understand what your goals are and create a plan based off of your goals.
#2 - Meet with a Coach
When you arrive for your free intro session you will meet with one of the IRON VALLEY coaches. The coach will take the time to learn about your background, assess your movement patterns, and take you through the typical class format. Come prepared to workout! Your coach will answer any questions you have and get you started on your first workout — don’t worry if you’re new to high intensity cross training, the workout will be tailored to your individual abilities.
#3 - Start Your Journey
